An Intensive Four Week Coaching Programme to Ensure you End-up with a Website that Works - A Website that ...
...attracts your ideal client
...serves your business objectives
...makes you money
Explore, Evaluate and Clarify
The goal of the coaching programme is to explore, evaluate and clarify the business objectives for your new site and to create a website design and build requirements specification detailing how your new site should meet these requirements.
The specification will result from four telephone Business/Technology Coaching sessions. Once we have a clear view or the new site’s requirements, I will consolidate them into a document for you to give to web design companies and copy writers in order to obtain a firm proposal and quotation. More importantly, the document will also guide you and/or your copy writer in the creation of the site’s text content and messaging to truly ensure you end-up with a website that works.
How and How Much?
My Website Requirements Specification Coaching Programme is priced and structured as follows:
Technology, Business and Executive Coaching. Four 45 minute coaching phone calls at weekly intervals. You will have ‘homework’ to complete in between calls.
I will write-up and email you MS Word and Adobe PDF versions of your 8-10 page Website Design and Build Requirements Specification.
My fee for the above special coaching package is £495 payable in advance.

Testimonials
“A Fantastic New Website that does Everything I Wanted, On Budget” "Having had a very disappointing and costly experience with a web design company I wanted to ensure this didn't happen again. John's programme enabled me to get crystal clear about what I wanted for my site and more importantly what my prospects would want when they visited it. Web design companies who submitted proposals complimented me on my requirements document which was written by John. I found the right company, quickly and easily. The end result was a long term partnership with this company and a fantastic new web site that does everything I wanted, on budget."

“A Plethora of Information and Ideas” "I met John at the ICF conference and was immediately impressed with his expertise in marketing via technology. I could also tell that he would be fun to work with on planning for the new website I was planning to contract in the coming months. I have made all of the classic mistakes on my previous websites, costing me plenty, so this time I wanted to do my homework before spending money with a web designer. Working with John was a pleasure from beginning to end. He pushed me to do my research, challenged me to think like my ideal customer, and kept me accountable to my timeline. John was a plethora of information and ideas regarding how to market my coaching business through my website and proved to be bright, fun, highly intelligent and resourceful. In the end, I walked away with a comprehensive RFP document that I could present to numerous web designers with a new sense of confidence that I know what I want, and what I should expect for my investment. John’s coaching gave me a new sense of excitement about what I can do with my business through the internet. Pam Boney
“Business First, Technology Second”
“John’s value is that he thinks business first, technology second. If you have a new business idea, your closeness to it means that you cannot readily gauge how well you are selling the benefits of that idea to a prospective customer who knows nothing about you or the service you offer. By acting as a critical prospective punter / constructive devil’s advocate, John motivates you to simplify your commercial message. And that means your website will be focussed and fuss-free as well. Also, I found the discipline of a weekly telephone call to discuss progress meant that my vision for the site and the underlying commercial messages progressed much faster than it would have done been had I been working purely by myself. And when it comes to recommending technologies, again, John simplifies. No matter how attractive some technology is, if you don’t need it, John will say so; thereby saving you money and hassle.” Seán Mac Cann
“A Website that Works” "With John's help I have been able to clarify my objectives for my new business website and map out the structure and content needed to successfully meet those objectives. This included coaching on how best to use up-to-date technology to attract my clients and focus my website content on specifically meeting their needs. After four sessions we were able to create a design and build requirement spec (which was then written up by John) that will prove invaluable in ensuring that I end up with a website that works! I also received (on request) a candid appraisal of my current website, which helped me to get clear on the changes I need to make! Thank You John.” Tania Abdulezer
“Defined my Needs”
“John is a great web site coach. He has motivated me to have a new site built and helped define my needs. He wrote a requirement specification for the writer and designer and recommended design agencies to me that he had worked with before. I’m looking forward to a great new site due to launch later this year.” Derek Harris.
“A Powerful Programme” In 4 x 40 minute technical coaching sessions, John managed to lift my inertia, facilitate clarity and goad me into action. He inspired me with his technical competence, marketing resources and web site awareness. The success of a web site stems from how clear you are as to the image you want to portray and the message you want to communicate. John has developed a powerful programme to support and accelerate this process.” Jane Emmanuel
“Clear on my Target Market and My Offer”
“Setting up a new business is still a scary experience for me – and this is my third. John coached me through the key marketing steps until I was really clear on my target market and my offer, and then we worked on how to reflect all of that in a compelling website that would give readers a real sense of who I am and what I am offering them. Helping me to focus my energy and attention in this way has already been important in generating leads and ideas for my coaching business, and the best of it is that I can tweak the site as I become clearer on what works.” Peter Ginnings
